I would like to head over to Danbury sometime in the next few weeks and wondered if anyone who knows the trails is interested in showing me the ropes. Looks like there are some good runs but as yet have not found them.

I know Danburey petty well but not sure on the next time i will be over there at the weekend (bloody overtime/weddings/christneing/weekends away/ all of the above). Theres a 20 odd miles of single track dotted about over there. Do you have lights for a mid week evening ride?

I'd like to explore a bit more too. I know the jump/dh area well, but not so much the xc. Got some lights so would be up for a night ride sometime, just not Thursday, that is takeaway night!

Cool sounds like we can get a few togther, I am keen to try the DH & Jumps to take my new Morewood out somewhere local, went to Cwm Carn last weekend and realised some local practice is needed. I can get some lights soon and do XC but really would like to try the DH route at a weekend soon.

Been looking at weather reports and Sunday seem the better day of the two. Need to speck with the misses but I might try and get out in the morning (8ish start as I'm out in the afternoon) for a few hours.

XC but will through in a quick look of the common, its not that big an area to need showing around the jumps. Nothing more fun than chasing the downhiller down the common and keeping up on the 29er

Drop a line when you are free for a Sunday ride. Often is around Danbury, 10am start in most cases but not always there is a post about it. Its pretty much the same route as we covered on Sunday but we tend to go just a little further out to Paper Mill Lock for a quick tea & cake before climbing back up towards Scrub Woods. Sometimes I go out a bit earlier if it suits you too.
