Peaslake was running a real mix of bone dry and very muddy depending on hill side. Lots of fun but watch out for the slippy roots

Swinley was the usual dry/worn trails and muddy fire road

Bredgebery is muddy/slidely but still very ride-able at the moment. The café is closed at the moment for repairs so either bring your own food/drink or go in to there pop up tent cafe

Cannock Chase (I know not local but we do venture further north sometimes) was slippy on the rocks and roots, but still super flowy

Epping - Boggy and slidey but good fun - Fairly standard for this time of year. The lesser used trails are ok

Some work has gone on at Swinley, two big improvements. First a couple of the muddy fire roads have had hard pack put down mucking them no muddy no more (well for at least a month) and the second best section there (that's corkscrew after labyrinth) has actually got a proper burmed corkscrew in it =)

N Downs is still running great - in 70% of places. Some areas are a bog fest but the majority are holding up well.

Bredgebury is running already on the trails, but the fire roads are fudged with mud. Carpark is closed so have to park at the old visitor center, only one trail is closed for maintenance

Epping - sticky in the usual spots but not terrible for this time of year. Defiantly ride able if you pick the right routes.
