Ay up!,
I'm after a pair of padded inner short's!, my last x2 pairs have been Endura, £15 bucks from CRC, Now my first pair held up well but the last pair hasn't lasted long at all really, torn apart!

Any recommendations? also wanna try gel pad over the foam!

I've found the endura the most comfortable but I'm finding I'm using them less and less now.
Bibs frustrate the hell outta me. As soon as I've got them on and layered up, I need a wee.

I find bibs very comfortable on road. But a bit weird off road.

Maybe it's because you move about so much more on a Mtb the straps feel restrictive.

I have a couple of endura inner's which i think are very basic thus why they come free with hummvee's i also use a couple of pairs of altura shorts which are decent and then some of these funkier shorts.. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/funk ... lsrc=aw.ds

as i commute i have at least 6 pairs but the best by far have been the altura and funkier.

Did you do this at home before the ride... or was it more of an emergency trail side modification?
