It needs better signage as can see riders going wrong way on certain parts, it has some good blue sections for a fun blast to warm up before the rocky descents, and sandle wearing no helmet guy was riding the wrong way on the skills section with his son who also had no lid...

All in a good day and as Ian said, place has potential to be very good.
