£6k is a wedge of cash but what else do you do? Drink? Smoke? Gamble?

If you can afford it then go for it - you know it's exactly what you want. If not then roll on by on what is a fairly decent rig already ;)

I would like to try a plus size ;)
But can't get another bike for my collection, not without getting rid of my full sus norco first.

Would be good to compare to a conversational fat bike on the same trails.
Think a plus would be better for handling with the 'smaller wheels and tires'.

Just my 2 pence worth.

If I want plus sized tyres I'll go back 10 years to when I ran 3inch tyres that were the norm on hucking bikes.

Fat Bikes I like with normal 26 by 4 inch tyres

29inch wheels I don't see the point of except for XC and I'm not interested in that.

650b I'm reluctantly changing to as I need a new fork and the one I want is only 650b.
