Hey guys, I'm havving a few issues with my dropper. The cable had disconnected itself but now I have reconnected it it still isn't working. I have looked online for pdf instructions and videos but they all seem to be for different versions to mine, i.e: the way it connects at the base looks different. This leads me to belive I might have broken a bit off possibly.

I have taken a few snaps how it looks like it goes back on, but it does not seem to do anything when pressed. Pictures are not great but if you look closely you can see two black bits coming out the base, this is where i think something else may go?






The bike came with the dropper so I didn't install it, so cant be sure if there is anything else broken off the dropper. There are no rattles in the frame, turned the bike upside down and gave it a good shake.

Anyone installed an internally routed Integra themselves?

You have to clip the cable end into something. The silver bit is just for the cable outer to brace against..

Hi all.
Looks like you have an early version.Due to problems that you had they modified the cable attachment end to stop it happening.
You can retro fit the mod.
Goggle intega servicing and you may find infi there.I did get info set to me about this but away from home for a week or so so no access to it.
If it's in warranty they may do it for free.

Contact importers Jungleproducts.co.uk and they can sort you out.
