Anyone been to this before? Is it possible to grab a bargain from manufacturers of cycle shop stands?

You can't buy anything, nothing on show is for sale.

Not quite true, I've bought plenty from there before. you just can't walk out with a new bike.

You can if you can find a big enough poachers coat.

You could be right, I go on the first day which isnt open to the public, maybe that's why......

Anyway i wouldn't recommend the show to anyone. I just go because I get free tickets but it's been getting worse and worse, last year it was terrible.

I also go because of free tickets and have to say that last year the bike part of the show was poor. Nothing like the old NEC MBUK shows. If you're into rock climbing, scuba diving or tri then there's quite a bit to see.

I was so amazed to see that the biggest stand last year was some kind of clinic for cycling injuries  :/

Pretty well I think. Last years show was a success for her but her stall was in a good place next to the diving/surfing types, so a good target for the clothing she makes. Not sure where it will be this year.
